RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for a refund, provided that:

  1. Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. All tags, accessories, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the Merchandise.
  3. The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold (in the case of shoes that the soles are not scratched or dirty); and that the item is not damaged in any way.
  4. The item does not fall within the category of “Faulty Merchandise” as defined below.

Returns outside 14-day window of receipt (as the case may be) may be accepted at the sole discretion of ACE TAGS.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault) as defined below, please contact us immediately. 

Faulty Merchandise

The item is classified as Faulty Merchandise if it is received damaged, defective, with manufacturing fault or a different item from you ordered. Please note that item that is damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at care@acetags.com when you receive Faulty Merchandise with your order number and images detailing the issue.

How To Return

Please send the return request stating the details of your order (order date, order #, name of customer, address of customer, and the item you want to return) to: care@acetags.com.

Our Customer Care Team will contact you with all return information.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Final sale items or archive sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded and place a new order for the item you desire.

REFUND

Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount of the value of the item only on presentation by the customer of the original invoice within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Please be aware that payments can take up 14 or more working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
